The last decade Michaela has strongly committed herself to teaching, enjoying the sharing of her musical experience with the young generation of cellists.
Her students appreciate her personal and intuitive approach to each of them and her ability to highly motivate and inspire with her convincing and clear musical vision as well as with her way of producing an eloquent cello sound. Because of rising number of young cellists approaching her with the interest in studies, Michaela desided to open a new possibility of how to meet the interest and is now providing also on line consultations and lessons, via Skype. She is well aware that such a lesson can not take place of the live teaching, yet finds it a very good alternative for many of the long distance students.

For many years, Michaela has taken deep interest in introspective teachings and literature reflecting the essential recognition of "oneness." One of her favorite Danish writers is Johannes Anker Larsen, whose book she translated into Czech.
